CKSG Three-phrase Series Filiter Reactor

CKSG three-phase dry-type series filter reactor is a key passive component for reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression, specially matched with shunt capacitor banks in 0.4kV three-phase low-voltage distribution systems.

Connected in series with capacitors, it forms a tuned filter circuit that effectively restrains capacitor switching inrush current, eliminates 5th, 7th and 11th harmonic distortion, prevents harmonic amplification from damaging capacitor units, delays winding insulation aging, stabilizes bus voltage, improves power factor, and comprehensively upgrades grid power quality.

1. High-performance silicon steel core Adopts oriented cold-rolled low-loss silicon steel laminated core with accurate segmented air-gap design. It prevents inductance saturation under overload current and maintains constant reactance under fluctuating working conditions.
2. Premium H-class copper winding Windings use Class H heat-resistant oxygen-free enameled copper wire, processed by vacuum pressure impregnation and multi-layer curing technology. Features low eddy current loss, ultra-low running noise, outstanding heat resistance and long-lasting insulation performance.
3. User-friendly installation design Standard color-labeled three-phase terminals, anti-corrosion copper connectors and solid galvanized steel base enable simple wiring and compact installation.
